Young kids like to dance and jig around, so the choice of music for a children's Hallowen party should be 'scarily' good fun, entertaining and upbeat!
Here's some of my suggestions:
The Monster Mash The Addams Family theme The Munsters theme Jaws theme Ghostbusters Spiderman theme Ding, Dong, the Witch is Dead Theme from Casper [movie] Rock Lobster [B52's] Werewolves of London Purple People Eater I put a Spell on You Attack of the Killer Tomatoes Bad Moon Rising Spiders & Snakes Thriller Batman theme Feed My Frankenstein [Alice Cooper] Ghost Town [The Specials] The devil Went Down to Georgia [Charlie Daniels Band] Beetlejuice theme Abracadabra [Steve Miller Band] The Twilight Zone Scooby Doo theme They're Coming To Take Me Away, Ha Ha This is Halloween [Nightmare Before christmas] Theme From Tales From The Crypt Li'l Red Riding Hood [Sam The Sham & The Pharaohs] Hellraiser [Motorhead] Bark at the Moon [Ozzy Osbourne] Poison Ivy Voodoo Child [Rogue Traders]
Please, feel free to add more.... ;D

Have you seen a cd with a variety of these songs on it? I like to play Holiday themed music in the school office during the time it's appropriate. It's funny, most of my music would work for Halloween, it's just not appropriate.
